- Octopus
This particular piece is an original image of an octopus climbing up the side of a window frame. This piece was illustrated by using pencil and colouring pencils. After which, I then added a moist, shiny look to the octopus. I used water on a brush to push the colour around the piece to add texture and tone.

I also used my artistic license by using spots in this piece to create shade and shape around the octopus's body and tentacles, I intend on progressing with this piece further by animating it on programmes like Pivot after I used this design to draw individual tentacles in different positions to make the octopus drag itself up the window frame.
- Tyler The Creator
This piece is a self portrait of the musician Tyler The Creator combined with the Bottom half of a jellyfish. I was inspired to do this piece after doodling in a sketchbook and playing the well known game 'Pictionary'. The original doodle was a very rough drawing of a jellyfish which once adding a nose, eyes and mouth to the the sketch looked like a floating jellyfish head.

I used multiple pencils in this piece to create harder and softer lines and shades around the artists face. Once I was happy with the character and the realism this piece provides, I then took some time to study real life Jellyfish in my current employment at SeaLife centre taking into account the different shapes and tentacles jellyfish have.

I am very happy with the way this piece turned out and similar to the octopus I intend to re-draw the jellyfish tentacles individually to animate the piece, I wish to continue my study of jellyfish in their real form.

I like this piece in particular as I did the jellyfish - in majority - free form. I feel this shows my ability to create original images.
- Devil
This piece was done with very limited resources. I was away from home and did not have any equipment with me. I managed to find a HB pencil, a biro pen and a red colouring pencil. Then I searched the web for an image that caught my eye that I could re-create using what resources I had.

I eventually found this image of a graffiti-style devil and began to recreate the image adding small extra details such as the moustache and some shading around the eyes and horns.

This image really appeals to me and I intend to alter it and use it in a political piece of art similar to the one at my RAF Driffield project. I would re-draw the image including some font and text and maybe include another character to give a political message. I would then find a place that would compliment my piece and use mediums such as spray paint and maybe even experiment with stencils
- Mohammad Ali
Portrait of the famous iconic boxer Mohammad Ali. This piece is an old sketch of Ali taken from a photo I found on the web. The Original photo graph was a photo of a younger Mohammad Ali taken with and old low quality camera. There was not alot of detail in the photograph so I added line and shade where I saw fit around his eyes and forehead using darker and lighter lines next to each other to enhance the different tones around a persons self portrait. I used my own knowledge of shade and proportion to create an older looking image of Ali
